Facilities Manager
JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a full-time Facilities Manager. This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day facilities related functions including coordination and control of key operating and maintenance functions as well as safety and security for our various offices nation-wide.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage facilities operations for ~9 sites
- Responsible for all space planning
- Serve as primary point of contact for office needs including landlord and property management
- Facility vendor management
- Facility contract negotiation
- Coordinate on-site visits with vendors and contractors for all routine facility maintenance and repairs as well as for any building modifications

Product Manager/Senior Product Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager will have overall responsibility for making the product successful and growing revenue and profit on the portfolio of products. This position will coordinate closely with the company's internal customers (i.e. senior management, engineering, sales) as well as the company's external customer base (i.e. wholesalers, agents, third party vendors, key opinion leaders etc.) in accordance with all operational capabilities, performance standards and strategic priorities.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Research and Collection of Customer Requirements - Collects customer requirements from internal and external customers. Interfaces with customers primarily at the end-user level. Clearly defines and prioritizes customer requests as part of a funnel of potential products/enhancements.
- Product Roadmap Planning - Maintains a documented 12-18 month product roadmap and communicates to internal and external customers.
- Product Positioning & Competitive Analysis - Defines and documents customer value proposition for products. Understands competitive landscape and differentiates products from competitive offerings
- Product Pricing Strategy - Sets pricing strategy based on value-proposition and competitive positioning. Provides source material (including part #'s and prices) for product pricelist. Maintains profit margin analysis on individual product offerings.

JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a full-time, Systems Administrator to be based out of our Lynn, Massachusetts office.
The Systems Administrator is responsible for opening, troubleshooting, testing, and resolving reactive and proactive core servers including mail, ftp, DNS, and web servers. This position will interact with our customers who maintain servers at our facility, and will provide internal support.
- Administering Windows 2002/2003 server, implementation, and design and troubleshooting core servers including mail, ftp, DNS, and web servers.
- Provide on-call coverage
- Track and resolve customer requests or complaints in Remedy
- Work with customers who maintain managed/co-located servers at our facility.
- Provide internal support including desktop support, connectivity issues and security/patching of servers and desktop systems.

We are currently seeking a full-time, Softswitch Engineer for our corporate headquarters in McLean, Virginia. The Softswitch Engineer will be responsible for the engineering and operational support of the Primus global next generation voice network, improve the overall network performance and service quality.
- Management of the Primus global Veraz SoftSwitch and media gateways.
- Testing and upgrading SoftSwitch and media gateway releases.
